Description We would like to introduce to you our new Limited Edition Watermelon Vinegar, straight from Modena in Italy. The combination of watermelon and red wine vinegar makes it a real delicacy. The vinegar contains no less than 15% watermelon juice. Without added refined sugars!
Delicious for a summer salad with fresh watermelon, pepper olive oil, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, mint and rocket leaves. Serve the salad with barbecued pork chops, couscous and mint leaves.
Also very suitable as an accompaniment for Parmesan cheese, fruit and ice-cream.
Added to soda water or Prosecco with mint and ice cubes, it is also a perfect base for a refreshing summer night drink.
